The following properties below have had their titles cleared by the Birmingham Land Bank Authority and are clear of all back taxes and liens. They are listed as “Immediate Sale” and will be available for immediate acquisition from the Birmingham Land Bank Authority.

Interested parties are required to submit an application for each interested property. A proposal for each interested property is required and must be fully completed based off of the guidelines listed in the application. All proposals will be reviewed and prioritized. If your application is accepted, you will be able to get ownership of these properties as soon as a closing date is scheduled.

Immediate Acquisition Applications Information

Minimum price for each property will begin at $5,000 plus closing costs unless otherwise specified. You will put in an offer for the properties that you want to acquire in your application.

We ask that you include your best assessment of what you would be prepared to invest in the property. Please be as detailed as possible. We understand that a full inspection is required to allow for complete estimates to be provided.
Consider framing, fixtures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and other categories that will need to be addressed.
Due to limited staffing and mobility, we plan to schedule inspections after the application period ends for the prevailing applicant. This will provide applicants with an opportunity to adjust any numbers.
